EXCON-CHAT is an On-Line Text service also refered to as Alpha Charlie Blab.
The service may be used to send ‘Management’ or ‘Service’ messages between Units participating in RAFAC Radio Exercises. The service is NOT secure and current radio operator Comsec procedures should be used.
